“What a great find. My husband and I stayed in the King Richards Lodge with my Mother and Sister whilst attending a family wedding. It was so much better than a hotel as we were all together and the open plan living space made it very sociable. The lodge was clean, comfortable, warm and very well equipped. “ We stayed at the brand new Lionheart Lodge which has just been finished. What an absolutely amazing retreat. We could not have asked for anything more. So lovely decorated, spacious huge walk in wet room and huge separate bathroom with freestanding bath. Also 3 bedrooms. Kitchen and lounge also v spacious and cosy. Outside is lovely too. I think they are putting a hot tub in after we left but had a lovely large area with some covered over if rains. Also fire pit and place to do barbecues.
The farm also was so lovely. Goats, horses and Shetland ponies such a tranquil place. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner Debbie and her daughter are so friendly and made us feel v welcome. Thanks for giving us such a lovely time. We will be back.” Karen, Steve and Caitlin
