With excellent views over the countryside, the living area upstairs takes advantage of this and looks out on to the natural landscape, with the bedrooms and a second bathroom located downstairs. This homely self-catering house located in rural North Nottinghamshire comprises of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom downstairs and a single bedroom with the SPIRAL STAIRCASE plus a sofa bed (more suitable for children) in the living area to accommodate up to 6 guests. It has freeview and Wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and toilet & shower room upstairs. There is a lovely terrace area with a table and chairs, overlooking the garden and paddocks plus a firepit and safe, private parking next to the property. There is a separate entrance downstairs to access the bedrooms which means you don’t have to use the spiral staircase plus a second bathroom with a bath.

Close by are local pubs and shops with a bus stop outside the main gates. Ideal location for visiting the Park Hospital , Robin Hood Country, Clumber Park, Newstead Abbey and the Peak District. Close by the towns of Nottingham, Newark, Mansfield, Chesterfield .

There are excellent walks around the farm on our hacking track and adjoining local footpaths, for enjoyable country walks.
